The main reasons are as follows: emptying cavitation or pressure maintaining for a long time, the actual output is too small, the sealing cooling water is interrupted, the car is stopped for a long time, the substances in corrosion, polymerization or gel medium increase, the working environment temperature of slurry pump changes drastically, and the working conditions are frequently adjusted.
